As such, it outperforms all the other direct marketing channels examined, such as print catalogs, phone books, telemarketing, etc. Email promotions and offers generate immediate sales, inquiries, registrations, etc. Email newsletters send people to offline stores and events, build awareness, strengthen relationships, and encourage trust & loyalty.
